I am working 2 days ahead due to the time it takes for the sourdough to be made and ferment. Please allow for this when placing your order ie if you wish to collect on Tuesday, please place your order by Sunday evening. This time increases to 4 days for croissants and Pain au Chocolate ie if you wish to collect on Friday, please place your order by Monday evening
