I am working 2 days ahead due to the time it takes for the sourdough to be made and ferment. Please allow for this when placing your order ie if you wish to collect on Tuesday, please place your order by Sunday evening. This time increases to 4 days for croissants and Pain au Chocolate ie if you wish to collect on Friday, please place your order by Monday evening.
I aim to restock the Shop on a Saturday afternoon/evening to enable you to place your pre-orders for the following week.
Pre-orders are now open for w/c 24th January 2022.
Please remember that I work 48 hours ahead of collection.
